More development coming! The Planning Commission recently approved retail development on the East Vista Way property across the street from where the new Sprouts Market is going up. There will be an ARCO station/car wash, McDonald’s, another fast food restaurant, and other retail.
No more carnivals, kids, but the adults get to sit in traffic at yet another traffic light!
Also, the property at Taylor and Old Taylor is being rezoned to allow for a very dense single family home development.
How will they possibly manage all the traffic along East Vista Way? Look at the 12 East Vista Way Development Projects in the pipeline. It’s mind boggling!
